Welcome ! Here are some frequently asked questions on shipping and order tracking that you might find useful.

How can I check the status of my order?
Check the “Track Your Order” page.
Can I exchange my purchase for another product?
Unfortunately, we do not offer any exchange option. Please refer to our Shipping and Exchange Policy for more information.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, wait for your order confirmation email. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email info@moonearplugs.com. If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Can I add different forms of payment to an order?
No. We're currently unable to accept multiple credit cards for a single transaction.

Returns

What's the return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the date your order was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?

If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) should be active, which helps to protect the transmission of information through the website. You should also verify that the URL for the page you are on includes "https" at the beginning. Most browsers offer additional security alerts as well.
My items arrived damaged, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours of receiving the order, at info@moonearplugs.com. Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damaged products.
I put the wrong address on my order, please help!
Please be careful when entering your shipping address, "Moon earplugs" will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 7-21days within the EU/USA/CA and usually 15-26 days to the rest of the world.

Do you have a priority based delivery?
Delivery timelines are unfortunately out of control as they depend on multiple variable factors. We would highly recommend you connect with us prior to placing the order in case you are tight on deadlines and we would work it out the best we can !
